What is a Pod Leader?
A Pod Leader is a mentor, cheerleader, and local guide for a small group of 10–20 homeschooling moms. You don't teach their kids — you support the moms as they teach at home using our curriculum. You help with organization, encouragement, and connecting families with the resources they need.
You're supported by a Pod Specialist — our expert over ten pods — who's there for deeper questions or advanced support. You're never alone.
What you do
No grading, no teaching other people's children, and no lesson planning. Just leadership and love.
Host one call a week
A 30–60 minute check-in with your pod. Help the moms stay on track with the weekly lesson cycle, and lead with warmth, clarity, and connection.
Keep the group together
Share ideas, tips, and encouragement in your private pod discussion, and reach out when a family needs extra help. We'll guide you through it.
Never lead alone
Training, tools, and templates are included, and behind every leader stands a network of educators, developmental specialists, and therapists for the questions that go beyond a lesson.
